Hugo Beamish Advances to World University Games 5000 Finals

Today in Shenzhen, China at the World University Games, Villanova senior Hugo Beamish (New Zealand) finished 3rd in heat #2 of the men's 5000 meters (which was the faster of the two heats) and advanced to the finals. His times of 14:13.94 was the third fastest of the two heats. The top five finishers from each of the two heats, plus the next five fastest non-auto qualifiers, advanced to the 15-person final.
