"It has been a really good season," Tiernan said. "Everyone on the team is in the best shape of their lives. We ran well at BIG EAST and after today I think we look good for Nationals next week. It makes it comfortable for me to have the other guys up there with me. At the end of the day it is a team game and everyone is trying to run a good race. This has been a great team for me to be a part of."
