Meet Report: Princeton's Sam Howell Invitational

Last weekend several Villanova runners competed at the Sam Howell Invitational at Princeton University. Recent graduate Nicole Schappert ran at her PR over 800 meters, while Big East qualifiers were attained by Mathew Mildenhall and Brian Tetreault in the 1500 meters, and by Matt Kane, Brian Basili, and John Pickhaver in the 5000 meters. Two men ran unattached during redshirt seasons: Rob Denault ran a nice 3:47.15 (equivalent to a sub 4:05 mile), and Brian Long went 14:13.15 over 5000 meters.
