Curtis & Rhines Take 3rd at Carlsbad 5000 -- First Non-Africans



Bobby Curtis and Jen Rhines each finished third overall today at the Carlsbad 5000. In so doing, the former Villanova all-americans were the first non-African finishers. In each race, two runners broke away to battle for the win, with the chase pack some 20-30 seconds back. Here are the top male and female finishers
