Reid 7th in Ho-Hum 4:08.18 at Lausanne Diamond League 1500

Sheila Reid tweeted the following after her 7th place / 4:08.18 finish today in Lausanne, Switzerland.  Trying to stay sharp as she approaches the World Championships in Moscow later this month, Reid has not very pleased with the result, which was over 5 seconds off her PR set earlier this summer.  In her defense, the race was not a very fast one, especially for a IAAF Diamond League event.  The race went out in 1:04, 2:11, and 3:19 before they struck for home.  The winner ran 4:02.11.
