Two races in the past two weeks for Carrie Tollefson. On September 21 she won the Bolder Dash 5K in Minneapolis, running 16:39. Yesterday in St. Paul, Carrie won the Medtronic Twin Cities 5k, this time 10 seconds faster, in 16:29 (5:12 per mile pace). She was 11th overall.
